Yalding

Yalding is a village and civil parish in the Maidstone district, about 5 miles from Maidstone, where the Rivers Medway, Teise and Beult meet. Twyford Bridge over the Medway and Yalding Bridge over the Beult are both medieval bridges and both are scheduled monuments. Wikipedia says the low ground nearby has flooded repeatedly, including in 2000 and 2001.
