Grain

Grain is a village on the Isle of Grain, at the eastern end of the Hoo Peninsula. Grain Tower, an artillery tower on Grain Spit, is Grade II listed (Historic England list entry 1204520). It forms part of a scheduled monument covering the coastal artillery defences east and south-east of the village (list entry 1019955).
