Playopolis

Playopolis is a board game cafe and bar at 2 Star Hill in Rochester, just off the High Street. Visitors pay a small cover charge per person for up to three hours with a library of around 600 board, card and party games, and staff help groups pick something to play. The kitchen serves burgers, vegan burgers, hot dogs, nachos and desserts, with gluten-free and dairy-free options, and drinks run from loose-leaf teas and hot chocolate to cocktails and beer. A basement area for over-12s has an arcade cabinet and retro console. Tables can be booked online. It opens Tuesday to Sunday, from 5pm on Tuesdays.
