About Dover Transport Museum
Dover Transport Museum is a registered charity museum on Willingdon Road in Whitfield, on the edge of Dover, and describes itself as the only museum of its kind in Kent. It displays vintage transport and reconstructed shop fronts, and holds donated vehicles that include double-decker buses shown on special occasions. In the winter season it opens on Sundays and Wednesdays from 10.30am to 3.30pm, with the last entry at 2.30pm, and it closes between 15 December and 14 February. It also welcomes school and group visits and runs events and membership.
