Cruz Gyms

Cruz Gyms is an independent gym on Institute Road, just off Chatham High Street, spread over three floors. It describes itself as an old-school gym, with free weights including dumbbells up to 60kg, squat racks, a deadlift platform, plate-loaded and cable machines, and a strongman area with logs, tyres, kegs, a yoke and farmers carry handles. There is also a boxing area with bags and a speedball, plus cardio machines and functional kit. Memberships are offered on rolling, yearly and pay-as-you-go terms, with discounts for students, NHS staff and over-65s, and single session passes are sold at reception. Members must be 16 or over.
