Shoreham Aircraft Museum

Family Friendly

Small museum in Shoreham village about WWII airmen, with relics from local crash sites and a tea room. Adults £5. Winter opening limited, so phone first.

About Shoreham Aircraft Museum

Museum founded in 1978 as a tribute to the airmen who fought over southern England in the Second World War, with hundreds of aviation relics excavated from crashed British and German aircraft, plus flying helmets, uniforms and insignia. It relies heavily on volunteers. Adults £5.00 includes an optional guided tour; under 16s and members free. The museum states it opens at weekends from Easter to Remembrance Sunday and that from 8 November 2026 the museum and tea room open on Sundays only. The museum describes the tea room as open all year round, which on that reading means Sundays in winter. Phone before travelling in winter.
