Bethersden
Bethersden is a village and civil parish in the Ashford district, on the A28 between Ashford and Tenterden. St Margaret’s Church is Grade I listed. The village gave its name to Bethersden Marble, a limestone full of fossil snail shells that was quarried locally until the 19th century and used in churches and cathedrals across Kent.
