Longfield
Longfield is a village in the Dartford district of Kent, about 4 miles from Swanscombe. It is in the civil parish of Longfield and New Barn, which the parish council says was formed in 1987 after a boundary change brought the area into Dartford borough. The church of St Mary Magdalene is Grade II* listed, and Kent’s heritage record says its north aisle is 13th century and that it was restored in 1889.
