The heritage line runs from Tunbridge Wells West through High Rocks and Groombridge to Eridge. Over winter 2026 the Polar Express train rides run on selected dates from 6 November to 30 December (the Polar Express ticket site starts on 7 November); the next regular service day on the timetable is Saturday 16 January 2027. Well-behaved dogs travel free on a lead. Children travel free on the timetabled Kids Go Free dates.
The railway says most areas can be reached from the level or by ramps, and Tunbridge Wells West has level access from the Sainsbury's car park with a ramp to platform 1. The wheelchair-accessible carriage must be pre-booked; it takes chairs up to 27 inches (68cm) wide.
